What kinds of technology does your organization utilize?

As a financial institution we use traditional finance banking software, Intranet, Microsoft office products and a customer relationship management program tied to a server in our corporate office.  Hardware ranges from desktops, laptops, Blackberries, colored printer/scanners/fax machines and postage machines.

What technological challenges does your organization currently face?

Keeping up with the costs associated with modernizing and upgrading technology equipment.
