St. Claire’s Hospital one of nation’s most wired

As reported in the Wausau Daily Herald, St. Claire’s Hospital of Weston was named one of the most wired hospitals in the country by a national health magazine survey. The hospital was included in Hospitals and Health Networks Magazine’s 2009 Most Wired List, a compilation of hospitals with advanced information technology systems.

“Being recognized as a most wired hospital is a reflection of our commitment to providing high quality patient care while utilizing the most cutting edge technology and IT infrastructure available,” said Saint Clare’s Chief Medical Officer Larry Hegland, M.D.

St. Claire’s was joined by two other Wisconsin organizations on the list, Aurora Health Care and Theda Care.
